Michael F. Rogers, Director
Michael F. Rogers is a partner at Gardere Wynne Sewell
LLP. His law practice primarily involves negotiating and documenting commercial
transactions for a variety of clients. These transactions include sales, purchases and
mergers of existing businesses, creation of new business entities, the procurement of both
debt and equity financing for business operations and the implementation of significant
operational contracts. His clients represent diverse business interests but include those in
the business of live entertainment, manufacturing and real estate development.
Mr. Rogers received a B.A., cum laude, in chemical engineering from Rice University
in 1980 and a J.D. with honors, from the University of Texas in 1983. He and his
wife Janell live in West University and attend Bethel Independent Presbyterian Church.
